Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
When I turn on my sansa c200 it freezes on the SanDisk logo.
It does the same thing when I plug the c200 into my computer usb port.
I have removed the battery and put it back in after 2 minutes and still the same problem. Is this problem fixable or am I out of luck?
Thanks for you help in advance.

Other possible solution.
Plug the unit in to the computer.
Even if it won't boot it might still recognize it as an external storage device.
If so, open My Computer and right click on the player. Select format from the menu that appears.
Select the FAT file system from the options that appear.
W A R N I N G!!!! This WILL erase all data on the device, please make sure you have a backup copy of your music and or other files BEFORE proceeding with this fix!! /W A R N I N G!!!!
Now, once you have the unit formatted, download the firmware for it from the sansa website at www.sansa.com.
