Question about Samsung TXN3245FP 32" TV
Check the HOT (Horizontal Output Transistor) for short E-B. You can do this with a DMM or analog multi-meter set to continuity. The HOT has three legs, Base - Collector - Emitter and are marked on the board. Test for cont. between Base and Emitter and if you get infinite it's shorted.
The markings on the IC is J6920 and is Samsung p/n# 0502-001230. You can use a 2sd1880 in it's place to test run the unit but not for any prolonged period of time. A better cross reference would be 2sc5412 if the original part is B/O or not available.
If the HOT is shorted it will feedback and loop the shutdown circuit as fast as it can pulse the primary relay- thus the click, click, click...

the noise you hear is the RELAY circuit. the relay try to power up but they cant, because the oscillation circuit is defective thats why your power is not coming out! the main problem is the hot side section, the problem is the oscillation circuit.
