That means the files in your MP4 player is not at the right format.
you can use a leawo mp4 video converter to deal with that problem.
i have used one for a long time to convert videos to mp4 for my devices.you can have a free downlaod of it.

At first try convert your originale video file to .mp4 with the software Format Factory.

Then try to import it with Songbird to the device.

File system error can appear due to unplugging the MP3 player without disconnecting it. It may have happened due to formatting it with a different file format or due to memory issue with the player. Please reformat your MP3/MP4 player. Connect it to the computer, go to My computer-> right click on the mp3/mp4 player after it is displayed-> select format-> Format it as FAT32 File system. Formatting the MP3/MP4 player will delete all the songs/data from the player. So, backup all data before formatting it. Hope this helps...

First you need to know , that mp3 is just an audio format . and your device can only play mp3 audio files . If you want to watch videos on a small device like your Gear , you need to buy another device called Mp4 player . because Mp4 is video format . Good luck . rate if useful please !

i can solve your problem..its an easy way.since you have specified that your computer doesnt recognise it, you have to generate the system file. you can do this by either record a voice and save the file in your device. then connect your device to your computer. it will detect it and you can format and upgrade . the only thing is somehow you have to record the voice in your device.

after finished converted,,your video can open with neno mp4 player..
