Is there a fix for the audio not working? Also, now it will come to the page saying "Andriod" and no home page comes up. This Chromo is only two months old. Help!
This is a chromo 7 4 gb on back. How do we get to the home page? The audio works only with ear buds.

Go to you tube and type your question and a page of video's will appear, have your tablet to hand and you can follow the video and pause it if you want. Hope this helps you ...
I have had this problem before and I had to go under WiFi settings and forget my WiFi. I let it scan again for service and reentered my WiFi network information. This worked for me most of the time. However, it could be your WiFi itself. Can you connect anything else to your WiFi?
You will have to reset the tablet. Press the power and volume up buttons together to reboot. If this does not work, look for a small switch (accessible by a paperclip or small screwdriver) behind a small hole.
You can't put letters on the number pad but you can change your password to be made up of letters. You do this by going to settings, security, then at the top of the page it will say number pad or something, you click on that, then follow the instructions.
