How do you take a wayne 1/2 hpjet pump apart - RTO Wayne 1/2 Hp Shallow Well Jet Pump

According to the CDU800 manual provided by Wayne, the pump requires 4 ounces of SAE 20 oil for lubrication. It is recommended to change the oil once per year or after 500 hours of operation. Be sure to use the recommended type and amount of oil to avoid damage to the pump.

there is an o ring just before the rotor area ,this have been wear that is causing the leak

yes there are brushes,, but there is also a shaft that goes thru the tube make sure it is not broke or bent,, it happens,, suggest to get a zoeller submersable pump its the best cast iron, float is attached to the unit, will fit in small pits, only 1 plug needed,, cost for pump 100
