Re: i can never open a multimedia message on my t mobile...
i think you are trying to save the mssages and pictures on the phone memory and then copying the files on to the memory card try setting up options to directly save these on the memory card and you'll not have trouble any more of low memory

1. Download and install this free mobile File Manager - (FExplorer). 2. Launch FExplorer and navigate to C: if you use Phone Memory to store your message (default) and D: if you use Storage Card as your SMS storage location. 3. Now navigate to and open system folder. 4. Now open the mail folder. 5. This folder should contain many folders named similar to 0010001_s etc. with files named similar to 00100000 etc., These files are the actual deleted messages, Simply use the FExplorer browse through every folder until you get the required sms.
there are several reasons first is your phone,is your phones firware capable of receiving multimedia messages? second your subscription, meaning does your current subscription allow mms/data transfers? last is operator problems, some glitches of some sort causing some subscribers having difficulties in different ways. so check it step by step, youll find whats wrong.
the message means about your internal storage capacity which will be in terms of only MB's!!!!! change the default settings to store all your contacts, text messages, pictures and videos to your memory card and also move any files from the internal memory to memory card..this will free up the space!!
I've had the same problem. Typically the Temp Internet Files are the culprit. Which hotrodvixen mentions, but not the others. Are you using the internet a lot or downloading files from the internet on a regular basis that may be an ongoing problem? What happens if when you get the low memory message you just clear the temp internet files, does that fix the problem (temporarily)?
For any others who need to know how to clear temp internet files:
Open Internet Explorer > Menu > Tools > Options > Memory > Delete Files
One of my few complaints about my Z3 is the low message capacity. I have a 2gb sd card in there...why can't I store more than 500 texts? But...500 is a lot more than 10, there's definitely a problem here. I know there's a way to change the default storage location, although I'm not sure it will change the location of texts or not. Here's how to do it: Go to the main menu and select "Settings". Scroll down to "Phone Status" and select it. Then select "Download Location" and finally, select the memory card.
Now...What concerns me the most is the 4Tb message flood O_o
i have a dash...i hate it, but i got that message a lot too, but i got a mini 2 GB storage card and i have all the space i need...it was like $25 bucks and if i just store all my pics and voice notes to the card, the phone never gave me that message again.even without erasing all of my texts. :-)
