How do you change the password on a Comdial Impact phone - typed in password but will not let me into voicemail?

you will need to log in from a main phone or phone with LCD screen and go to the set you need to set to default in the menu...this maybe only be done through your vendor unless you know the system password to get into the configuration mode.

Log into your mailbox from your extension and then press number 3 for options follow the prompts to change your greeting, This is assuming you are using a comdial or keyvoice voicemail system since you did not state it

When I try to get my voicemail by pressing VMAIL it says no such station. Yesterday it was fine. Now our system does not pick up when someone calls. It continues to ring. We have a COMDIAL Impact...
The only way to fix it without your vendor getting envolved is to try to reboot your voicemail server/phone switch(depending on the model of your system it can be inside of your switch or separate computer).

Thsi change needs to be made in sys programming. Usually with a pc and vmmi software.

If you have that, call up your station and there is a setting for station fwd to vm setting you can adjust.
