I cant login to my facebook.

If you are being blocked then it is likely that you are not entering the login details that Facebook is expecting, whether they have been satisfactory in the past or not. You could try this, go to the login page here:,

This takes you to a page where it says "find my account" where you can enter "Email, Phone, Username or Full Name". Try entering one of these (My email gave the best result for me) and follow through the instructions to reset your password so that you can access your account.

This sounds like it could be a problem with either your username or password. As for the password, by clicking 'Forgotten password' on the Facebook login page, you will receive a password reset email from Facebook. How can I make sure I don't lose access to my account

When you receive this kind of email AND you click in the link provided, you are giving the scammer your username and password.

You MUST open a new browser windows, go to facebook website (typing the website address, DO NOT click links to go to that site) and Login with your username and password.

If you are able to login, Change your password Immediately!

If you still not able to login to your facebook account, click the link "Forgot password" from the login page.


Please ignore the emails from people telling you "Your account is suspended..." or "Suspicious activity". It is only a scam.

make sure youre posting the correct username and password to facebook so you can login or else use the password recovery

I have tried to re set my password, they e mailed me and told me to click on it and follow the site.It won't let me do this so I tried to copy and paste but I don't know where to find the"browser" Can you please help?
