Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console
This can be a bad battery or the prongs that touch the battery are dirty or bent. remove the battery and check. this can also be the a blown F2 fuse

Bad battery. The charging circuit for a DS is in the battery and cannot be serviced. Purchase a new battery and if that doesn't solve it send DS in for repair
