Why is there a constant squeaking sound coming from the front wheel/suspension when turning the steering wheel ?

Possibly low fluid in the power steering system. Check the level.
It could also be the drive belts for the power steering so they need to be looked at as well. If they are slack, tighten them up a little.

It is possible that my EVAP emission carburetor air vent control valve on Honda VT 600 1998 published a squeaking sound? Thanks for the answers

If it is making a squeaking sound then the sound would be constant, more of a whistle. If there is a squeaky noise coming from the unit it is likely to be either a loose bolt or a perished seal or rubber in the valve.

Squeaking... pully maybe?

the ac belt is sperate from the power steering belt.. sounds to me you need to replace the belts (both of them) but theres a idler pully in the middle of them all witch may have a bearing going out on it..i had to change mine at about 85,000.. when i had the belts off i spun the pully and it was excessivly stiff cause'n slipage and also a squel.. hope its not the alt, or water pump making the noise..they can run ya into some $$
