Toner Cartridge reading has empty but have replaced...

We are not receiving faxes (though are still able to send faxes okay). The fax machine says its out of toner, however I have replaced the toner and it stills reads as being out of toner.
Fax machine is a Ricoh Fax2500L

WizTry to see in the software if there is any reset option for the toner.
