Question about Maytag Performa PAV2200
Cant get it to do anything at all.
If the washing machine fills and overflows - it could be possible that the tube leading from the washing bowl to the pressure switch in the control panel on top of the machine has become disconnected at the back of the machine. (You will notice water leaking from the back of the machine if this has happened as it fills). The machine will not continue through to the washing cycle but you can spin and empty the water if required. Simply replace the tube to the base of the bowl by disconnecting the power, taking off the back inspection plate and reaching up and through the back to reconnect the clear tube to the nipple on the side and towards the bottom of the bowl. Spin to empty the water and reset the level to desired setting and try the wash cycle again.
