At my shop we run 40 psi front and rear and find we get max wear on the tires.
SOURCE: is compensator nut right or left hand thread 2003
The compensator nut is right hand threads and very tight with Locktite on them. The torque is 150-165 ft. lbs of torque. The books says to put "two lines" of Locktite 271 red on the threads in the nut. Evidently, most mechanics seem to misread this and apply two bottles of the stuff on the nut making it very difficult to get off.
You will need a "primary locking bar" to prevent the engine from turning while you attempt to get the nut off. I use an air wrench as well. If you don't have an air wrench, take your bike to a tire store and give them a little bit of money to take the nut off with their air wrench. When you put the nut back on, you'll need a torque wrench and the primary locking bar for sure.
The clutch nut is left handed threads. 60-80 ft lbs torque I think. Check on these torque values as this is what they are on the earlier models that I work on. I doubt Harley has changed them but check to make sure. Simply call a dealer and ask. Good Luck!
SOURCE: How do I change the fork oil on a 2002 Heritage
look at the fork legs at the bottom there is a bolt on both legs its only a small bolt,,, undo this bolt and the fork oil will drain out,, to refill the forks take the top nut off the fork leg near the handel bars,,,,,,dont over fill with oil,,,and only use the proper oil,,or the seals will blow out and the forks will be very stiff

Using all caps makes it sound like you"re shouting...
It sounds like you have either lost your camshaft drive (broken timing chain, or belt, or broken gear(s)), or your camshaft has broken right where the driven end is. In any event, your cam is not turning.
I worked on a Ford van once with gear to gear drive for the cam, but the cam gear was a fiber/resin gear (for quiet running). There was a crank-shaft-gear shaped scoop carved out of the cam gear. Had I not seen that, I would have thought gear-to-gear drives can never fail. Apparently not.
