Emerson mp3 player frozen

i have a plain emerson mp3 player with the usb attached at the end and everytime i turn it on it freezes at the emerson logo and also on the locked logo. i depend on this and i really need to fix it. please help

That means it is working!!! If you have your mp3 on at the same time charging it is working on recharging it. All you have to do now is download stuff to it!!!
