My Iriver e10 is stuck on with no display and

it sounds to me that you screen is shot and that you might have to replace it.can you lsten to music
without seeing it if so it might be the screen is broke or a wire could have come loose when you could have
dropped it.either way you might have to take it apart.even if a white light comes on that doesn't mean
any because that is the backlight so you can see the actual screen. you can look on it and lool for a small hole
the size of a pin and poke a sewing needle in it lightly for it might be a microphone.if you find a hard
touch u just push a little and hope for a click noise or you can take it apart and find the little switch.
another thing that you can try is to wait for the battery to go dead and then plug it up to your computer
and charge it for 2-5 minutes and see if it does the same problem if so wait for the battery to die again and hook
it back up to your computer and try formatting the drive(most mp3 players go back to the factory setting when they are formatted.if that don't work the screen might be bad.email and
