Hi, Removing the cabinet. UNPLUG the washer. There are two screws holding the control panel to the cabinet. Most models the screw are in front but, some models have the screws in back. They are on each end. Now raise the control panel up and let it rest on the hinges. Unplug the lid switch harness and locate the clips on each side (bronze in color) and release them.
Now the cabinet will lift off the frame and you can set it aside.
If this is not your model, please let me know the model# so I can help you.

Hi, When the washer is set for cold water only, can you hear the inlet valve humming? Remove the fill hose from the inlet valve and look inside the valve to see if anything in plugging the screen. If the screen is open or the valve doesn't hum when there is power to it, the valve is most likely bad.
Please let me know if this helps you or if I can assist you further.

Thanks

That is a bad water valve. Try my washer PICTORIAL for directions on replacing that water valve. NOTE: this is a pictorial of how to replace your drive coupling but you need to bust this ****** loose to get to that valve.

Hi, Make sure the washer is solid to the floor. To level the washer, Put your foot against the front panel at the floor and tip the back of the washer toward you. Then set the washer back down and the rear legs should self adjust.
Hopefully this will stop the washer from shaking.

The CA indicates that an average current limit on the drive motor has been exceeded (see images below). This is an extremely hard problem to diagnose and one that I've seen cause the best service techs to pull their hair out. It can be one of so many different components, and you have to catch conditions just right to have half a chance to discover which one it is.

Try removing some of the clothes; this could be caused by overloading. You could have a mechanical failure in the universal joint, wiring harness, the drive motor, central control, or the motor controller.
