H5-01 Refers to an exit sensor problem, open the left side door and check the exit flag and or sensor. But yeah to reset H codes go into simulations by pressing (Program, Interrupt, Clear, Interrupt) Once in there hit 14, Start. Then it will ask you if you want to execute or something in that manner. This is either:
10 continuous POD1, POD2 or PPD2 JAM
OR
Other models this indicates too many fuser jams. The fuser error reset code will reset the machine so it will run after the problem is fixed.First remove any jam in the fuser then enter tech mode;
press program, * ,clear, * enter 1 4 press start then turn machine off and then back on.
