Question about Haier BC112G Wine Cooler
Under Haier warranty, I've sent the following items back on 05/28/09 in order to receive a replacement unit:
1. 8+ inch section of power cord cut from original unit
2. Serial Number label from rear panel
3. Copy of receipt.
4. Check for $14.99 to cover shipping costs.
Haier has processed the above items on 6/05/09. I made 4 follow up calls and have been informed that HVTB18DABB is back ordered and that my replacement should be shipped soon. I was informed on 6/27/09 that the replacement wine cellar will have a touch screen instead of the 4 push buttons. I am currently awaiting for reported ship date of newer model.
