Question about HP Photosmart C5180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The ink cartridges on this unit alos appear to contain the print heads, or at least HP has no other listed print heads.
This means that with the steps you have already tried, my suggestion would be to contact the warranty company, its possible that a failure of one of the sensors in the unit is causing the message. If so then you will not be replacing that yourself.

If purchased it from a retailer and have an extended warranty, you may also have some options from them.
Most places will require you to repeat the TSing steps you have already done.
