if your set was Continuous blink once a second, no pausing - This means that there's No reply from the jungle IC301 (data bus is busy, shorted to ground, or held high), IK video path is defective.

if you have no idea or experience repairing inside the unit, it is better to call for someone who can help you and repair the tv.

it quite complicated for you, and dangerous if you do it yourself when you have no background working on electronics such TV.

My remote doesn't work

Do you have any flashing indicator lights on the remote? If you don't you can verify your remote is sending IR signals by pointing a cell phone camera at the front of the remote and viewing through your cell phone screen while holding down a button on the remote. You should see the flashing IR light on your cell phone screen. If you do not see the flashing light either the batteries are no good, or the remote is not getting power due to a problem with the circuit board.

The TV stopped responding to the remote control

tried with reset doesn't work, ok it could be the IR sensor at the front panel of the tv doesn't work. but before you replace it you need to ensure if your remote controller is working. have you tried to check the remote with camera trick just to know if the remote controller is sending light to the IR sensor of the tv.

I have a technika lcd tv/dvd. It is only a few months old but it is stuck in standby with the red light on the front continually flashing and will do nothing else. Any ideas?

I have same unit (which works in my case) but the red light does not flash on 'Standby', only when it is seeking a station after pressing the red button on the remote.

Lcd sharp tv flashing green light

Try unplugging the unit and while unit is unplugged hold the volume up button and channel down buttons down and while depressing both buttons plug the unit in. Let go of the buttons and the unit should come on in the service mode. There will be a small k on the screen. With the sharp remote press the channel up button once. This should bring up a menu that will show a lamp error line. If the lamp error is = to 5 the unit is in lamp error shut down. User channel down to highlight that line and curser right arrow to highlight the lamp error #. Hit the enter button to clear the lamp errors. Now unplug the unit and let it sit for a minute and plug back in. I hope this corrects the problem. If the unit does not come on by doing this or if it does and you do not find lamp errors the power supply pcb may have been damaged by the surge.
