GE Top Freezer Fridge - Freezer Buzzing

I have a GE Top Freezer Fridge and the freezer is making a buzzer sound. I think it has something to do w/ the fan but don't know where to find it. The freezer is a Power switch model--any assistance appreciated

If you remove the half moon cap, and two 1/4" screws you can remove the cover and get to the fan. The fan motor shaft is mostly wobbling around making the buzzing sound.
