Disc keeps

I had the same issue several times now with my samsung theater system. Never used to do it, now pretty often and while it says its trying to load the laser is making a weird noise right? All you can do as far as I can tell is turn it off and turn it back on or open it and close it again. Hope it helps and I hope for both of us that its not a serious problem. It is top of the line as far as samsung goes.
