Problem for HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Carriage jam
After installing a new black printer cartridge, my HP officejet 7310 printer (less than a year old) came up with a "carriage jam" readout, two days later. I open the access door and the carriage is all the way to the left (the opposite side of where it should be) and will not return. I'm not sure just WHAT to do!

Copy and paste the above website in the adress bar of your explorer,if this does not work then call in to hp at 1800-474-6836 and we at hp will replace your printer free of cost as it will/should show in warranty.
