Re: memory card will no longer fit into camera

I would say that you are putting the card it backwards. Just transfering the pictures off it shouldn't have changed the size of it.

My camera doesn't see SD 16GB anymore. Worked fine until a few days ago. SD works fine on PC

Try inspecting the memory card slot, eventually with a magnifying glass. Sometimes just a little bit of dust, a small paper or other debris, can block data transfer. Be sure al contacts on the card, but also in the camera are clean and shining. Never use sharp tools in or around a camera. Don't scratch the contact points.
And to make sure you can put pictures on a memory card, there must be space. If possible try to format the card in the camera. Just to make sure the camera sees the correct file system on the memory card.

How to transfer internal memory to memory. When I inserted the card, the images became 0.

I'm sorry for the difficulties you're experiencing in copying images from Internal Memory to the Memory Card. Unfortunately, COPY option is not available in DSCT700.

You may connect the Camera to Computer after removing the Memory Card to transfer images from Internal Memory to Computer. And then insert the Memory Stick and transfer back to Camera to copy the images to Memory Stick.
Only few Cameras do not have the COPY option. Unfortunately, you're one of the victim.
You can confirm the information from the Handbook of the Camera.
Click hear to download the Handbook for the Camera.
Thanks for understanding. Please let me know if you require any clarifications.

How do you transfer images on your camera to your memory card?

If you mean transferring the internal memory to the card, go into the menu and find "copy" and you will find the option to copy the memory to a card.

I don't have the data transfer cable, is there anyway to get the images out of the built in memory.

If you don't have a cable, then the only way to transfer your images from your internal camera memory is to copy your image to your plug-in flash card via the available utility of your camera and then use this flash card in a card reader attached to your PC/Laptop.
Hope it helps.

Please tell me how I transfer images which have been saved on the camera itself, to an external device, cd or memory stick. The camera is a Panasonic DMC LZ2 Thanks

If the memory card fits into the camera, there's a menu option to copy images to/from internal memory.

Otherwise, you will have to connect the camera to a device capable of acting as a USB master. Most external devices do not do so but, like the camera, only act as USB slaves. Thus, in order to transfer images from the camera to such a device, you would need to have both devices connected to a computer.

There are a few devices designed to back up photographs, such as an Epson P5000. These will read a memory card and transfer images to the built-in hard drive.

What to do, I forgot to put memory card in HP R707?

Do you want the pictures transferred to your memory card? that depends on the option available on the camera, try inserting the memory card. select a picture then check options if you can move it to a memory card. if not, download it to a computer and transfer it to the memory card folder.

Hope this help

Transfering pictures

I have a DMC-LZ7 that I purchased a year and a half ago. You can transfer pics from the built-in memory from the "copy" menu function when the camera is in play mode (10th option down in the menu). If you move the cursor down to this selection then hit the right arrow button, there should be options to both transfer from built-in memory to the SD card and vice versa.

Getting Pictures Off My Camera and Onto My Computer

It sound like you have a problem with your memory card.
But I would try buying a card reader as well. Whether it turns out to be the card or not.
there are alot things that can go wrong when trying to use your camera to transfer the images instead of a card reader. a card reader shouldn't cost you more than 20 dollars.
It will also make transferring your images faster.
in the camera when you hit the review button do the images show up on the lcd screen of the camera?

Hope that works,

No images on card but no memory

You need to format the simm memory card. Your camera can format the memory card. If you have the user manual it should tell you how to do this.
