Fuji Labs 1GB MP3 player

My songs are recording but the voices of the singers are realy low compared to the instruments. On the computer the songs sound fine. Also, I changed the equalizer but that didn't work either.

Tengo una USB Fuji Labs MP3 M-3360-SL-1GB Version 2.611, hubo un momento que dejó de copiar y ahora no elimina lo que tiene. No acepta ningún tipo de información. En ocaciones la hemos tratado de formatiar y no tenemos el disco de instalación para reinstalarla. La máquina la reconoce y muestra la información que tiene, pero no podemos trabajar con ella. (Tiene musica solamente)
