Honestly. You would be best off replacing it with a new one. The new ones are really inexpensive and most have safety features like auto shutoff when tipped. Not worth trying to repair 1980-1990 'technology'. I out it in quotes because there was no use of technology in those old things.

How to access anchor points on a Pyrox Firestar HE324M inbuilt gas heater?

To access the anchor points on a Pyrox Firestar HE324M inbuilt gas heater, you will need to remove the front
  1. Turn off the gas supply to the heater and disconnect the power supply.
  2. Carefully remove any decorative trim or surrounds that may be covering the front panel.
  3. Locate the screws or clips that are holding the front panel in place. These may be located at the top and bottom of the panel or along the sides.
  4. Using a screwdriver or a suitable tool, loosen and remove the screws or clips to release the front panel.
  5. Carefully lift the front panel off the heater, being careful not to damage any of the internal components.
  6. The anchor points should now be visible. They are typically located at the corners of the heater, near the bottom.
