It means you need to send it in. If you have three red rings then you have an RROD (Red Ring Of Death). Sorry to hear this if your still under waranty then sending it in shouldnt be any problem. If your warranty is out then if you have any technical knowledge such as soldering and dealing with wires and the like you might be able to fix yourself. If you are bad with this then most places charge a few to fix it. You may have to pay but a fixed xbox is better then a broken one. Then again this may not be the issue (RROD) but this advice is just to help you in case you do have that error.
