Nokia 6111 is Nokia Series 40 mobile phone so there is not hard format code or we cannot format series 40 mobile phones.You can try to restore the factory settings by giving this code *#7780# and then enter the security code normally nokia have 12345 security codes. Hard format can be done only in Series 60 mobiles phones
Or update the firmware of ur phone.

The default password for nokia phones is 12345, try with this still if it is not working kindly get in touch with nokia showroom or dealers they will help you with the password.
