Before I answer can you clarify - the outer shell of what is perforated? This is not clear from your question.

Many Thanks

Repairing a boat yourself is a difficult and often costly task. It is a complex procedure and the glue, solvents, fabrics and tools required are not easy to get and are usually expensive. However, most dealers stock these items and will sell you them, some will even offer directions and advice.

Be warned though that "self repairs" may end in a visit to the dealer anyways, so a dealer evaluation before you try is always the best idea to determine the difficulty of the repair.

The material in your boat is PVC and this is very much a specialist repair so my advise is that you should consult with a dealer as these repair products are not widely available to the general public.

Rear axle seals leaking

If the axle had a slight grouve in it,you would see or feel it

If you distort the seal on install, you would be aware of that

I would try a different brand seal & install not quite as far
in the housing, until it seats, then you will be using a different
surface on the axle

If the seal leaks on the outside of the metal shell, you need
permatex #2 or similar product, if the seal isn't rubber coated

How to seal a small hole inside the door of dishwasher from the metal end of the top rack hitting along the inside of the door.

Remove the epoxy, and clean the area with alcohol.
When dry, add a small amount of GOOP adhesive to the area. The door must be left open for at least 12 hours for the adhesive to set enough to prevent sagging. unit should not be used for a total of 24 hours for complete hardening.
The GOOP adhesive is available in the glue/adhesive sections of hardware and big box home center stores.
As an appliance tech I have used this product for many years on tubs of all types to save my clients from expensive repairs. It holds very well, yet can be removed if need be. As time goes on, you may need to add a little more to cover any additional wear that may occur.
Let me know if it worked out for you.

The headlights in my 2006 Hond Pilot continually have condensation in them after a rain or when washed. What could be causing this?

what usually causes this problem is that the headlight vent is plugged this is used to equalize the pressure and temperature of the air between the inside of the headlight shell and the outside air.if there is no vent then what shops do is remove the headlight assembly and drill a little hole or two on the bottom of the shell into the area between the front and back of the headlight shell this will usually fix the problem. if there is alot of moisture in the shell then dry the shell out as best as possible

My steamvac wont pick up the water. it is spinning and blowing out the water, but it wont **** it back in

The most common reason for lack of pick-up is that the lid is not seated firmly on the recovery tank. Lack of pick up is always caused by an air leak. A less common possibility is that the large round rubber seal that the recovery tank sits on has fallen out of place. If you look at the bottom of the tank, you will see a round hole. When you install the tank, this hole sits on top of a rubber seal on the motor shell. Be sure the seal is in place.

Strong odor of gas on cold start

YTou have a tiny leak at the fuel line hose that connects to the fuel rail on the engine. It just needs to be tightened about one turn. It is hard to see, but look through the opening in the upper intake and you will see it. Or follow the hose from the fuel filter on the firewall to the fuel rail, that's it. There could be a tiny rust hole in the fuel filler neck ,or the cap may not be sealing the filler neck properly. Check for rust on the filler neck, and on the sealing surface of the filler neck opening.
