I CANT UPLOAD MY PICTURES TO EBAY WHEN I USE MY SANYO DIGITAL CAM

I GOT A NEW SANYO VPC S770 YESTERDAY AND I USED THE SOFTWARE I GOT WITH IT TO ADD IT TO MY LAPTOP, BUT WHEN I TAKE PICTURES AND WANT TO UPLOAD THEM TO MY LAPTOP, ITS FINE, BUT THEN, WHEN I WANT TO EMAIL OR UPLOAD THE PICTURES TO EBAY ETC, IT DOESNT DO IT, IT SAYS PENDING, BUT THEN IT DOESNT UPLOAD ANY PICTURES AT ALL.WHAT AM I DOING WRONG, PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have tried uploading with the memory card and the usb cable.
