Question edited for clarity. So few words, so many mistakes. It looks like the year is wrong for a Prowler XT and Error Codes have 4 digits not 3.
Question moved to model category.

Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Intermittent
What does Mean? The Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor measures the rise and fall of the Engine Coolant Temperature. This provides critical data needed for the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to control the Air Fuel Ratio, the Ignition Spark Timing, the cooling fans, and many components of the Emissions Control Systems. The Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor converts the coolant temperature into a voltage that is high when the engine is cold and low as the engine warms up.
Code P0119 indicates an intermittent voltage input from the Coolant Temperature Circuit to the PCM.
The problem I've seen with this code is with the timing sensor. The wires that go into the sensor aren't sealed. Oil gets in there and it shorts out causing the codes P0336, P0337 and P0339 to show up on the dash. All are timing sensor codes.
Nothing to do but go to the dealer and get another stator/timing sensor installed. Heard that they have all been updated and sealed proper-like so it shouldn't happen again
