You have to enter the service mode and clear the password. You can do this by selecting the head key (the head with a star inside it) then pres 2+8 at the same time, then the head key again. This done fairly quickly, will take you into service mode. Now select 'COPIER@ then 'FUNCTION' then 'CLEAR' now look for the option the reads 'PWD-CLR' select it and press OK. Now turn the machine off and then on and the password should be removed - good luck! Redz

Hi there,
As a graphic designer I'm looking for the best possible/high quality printing using the ImageRunner C3200 with the ImagePass-C1 (recently installed).
Understand the C1 increases the printing quality, but I'm afraid I'm not using the right settings as some colors don't match what I have set on any graphic manager or word processing softwares I use... specially with the BLUE color, the print out looks like green...
Anyone can help me with it??
Thanks in advance
