Ckeck the air pressure in your pressure tank. If it spit out water your bladder is broke and you'll need to replace it. If no water shut your pump off ,drain your tank and set yuor tank pressure 2 pounds lower than your low pressure setting. so a 30/50 pressure switch your tank pressure should be 28 psi

97 chevy suburban AC clutch won't engage pressures

Looks like the low pressure switch gets power from a 10amp ac fuse. Power then goes to the ac relay which is powered on by the ac heat controller on the dash. Power then goes thru the high pressure switch to the compressor. The ac relay is grounded to the body. Do you have power on the lite and dark green wires going into the relay and is it grounded ?

How do you wire the ecm 175 bypass timer
The power to the equipment that will be running goes onto terminals 2 & 3.
Come off terminal 1 to bypass the switch (such as a pressure switch).
Use the time setting from the old timer.
When equipment is turned on, the Icm allows power to go around the (pressure) switch for the set period of time. After the timer times out, power goes back to the pressure switch and by now the the pressure switch controls.

Replaced pressure switch, ventor and unit still goes off on pressure switch. 3 flashes

Hello, check the small tubing that goes from the pressure switch to the inducer motor, sometimes it could be loose or blocked therfore not allowing the switch to close. Also, there could be some obstruction in the flue pipe preventing the switch from closing.

Seems to over fill the load with water and goes to ol at end of cycle

The water level is determined by a pressure switch. The pressure switch is located near to the control module and attached to thin a rubber hose that goes inside the tub. Check the hose attached to the pressure switch for blockage. Blow into the hose and see if the pressure switch is clicking.

If replacing the pressure switch does not help, then problem is either a stuck inlet valve or a defective electronic control module.

A defective pressure switch is the most common fault that will cause this problem.

I want to know where it runs to. ( plug for my A/C compressor)

ok there are two wires

the black wire goes to ground.

the dark green/white wire goes to the power steering pressure switch. the other wire on that switch is dark green and it goes to the low pressure cycling switch. the other wire on this switch is light green and it goes to your controll head......... the a/c switch sends battery voltage down this wire, through the low pressure switch, throught the power steering pressure switch and down to the compressor.

Is the air "leaking" from the pressure relief valve? If so it is either faulty or it is doing what is supposed to do. The pressure relief valve is there in case the pressure switch fails. The tank could blow up if the pressure switch fails, so the pressure relief valve is there as a secondary measure to insure the tank does not receive too much air pressure. Assuming your gauge is operating properly, watch the gauge to see if it reaches the maximum pressure (check your manual to find the maximum PSI) or if it goes over the maximum pressure. If it goes over the maximum pressure then replace the pressure switch. If it the motor stops at the maximum pressure, replace the pressure relief valve.
