From any MTD dealer. Ryobi is now owned by MTD who also owns Troy Bilt, and Bolens. Most lawn mower shops should be able to get the parts. You'll need the model number off the tiller.

Did you replace the gasket (item 15 on the linked document) when replacing tank and lines, if you didn't and the old one has been torn it could be sucking in air, also the 4 carb mount screws need to be of equal tightness

Ryobi Tiller, model RY60511A, will not start. Air

mine was a total pain. I yanked on the rope so many times, it flew out of the keeper, and when I replaced it I ran it UNDER the fuel tank cutting a slot in tank. I also blew out the primer bulb. AFTER the replacement tank I arrived, I discovered rolling the machine forward helped the flow to carb and did not require priming. Now I need to fix throttle cable. But all in all, a tough little machine.

I replaced old gas lines and now gas pores out of carburator, switched the lines to other end of carburator and now it pores out of muffler

Ok, this sounds like problems with the float valve in the carburrettor float chamber. This will mean the you'll have to dismantle the carburrettor, do you feel competent to do this?
