The filter is either going to be in the indoor unit or it will be in a return grill in the wall or ceiling. If it is just the thermostat saying that, let me know the make and model of the thermostat and I will tell you how to reset it. Make sure you find and change the filter anyway, that needs to be done on a regular basis.

Intertherm gas furnace in mobile home..igniter comes on then nothing tries to fire byrners but nothing

by igniter I assume you mean the thermocoupler. are you turning the control button to run after you light the pilot light? Normally when those furnaces quit it is the thermocoupler that has quit. Get a new one and leave it in the furnace compartment as a spare.

Air unit is freezing over

Check air filter, see if fan is running, check condenser coil for dirt build up. If its dirty shut power off and take top off unit so you can spray it with a garden hose. Use an up and down motion to clean the coil. Don't use too much pressure or you will damage the fins. If that doesn't work it may need charged.

How to fix intertherm mmhb-070a 2006 heater. light on control box is flashing 3 times

That's your fresh air damper control in most mobile homes. At some point the fresh air function is counter productive since it was intended disperse manufacturing fumes. Damper might be stuck or damper motor dead. Wouldn't worry about it.

I have a Nordyne/Intertherm electric furnace #E2EH-012 in a mfg home I just moved into. The Handy Man removed a 16 x 20 x 1 filter (very dirty) from "somewhere". I'm not sure where a replacement filter...

The filter will go in to the backside (inside) of the cover with fins in it. There is a 1" (approx) bend (lip) there to hold filter in against backside of cover, in front of air vents. You may have to bend it slightly to get it in there but it will eventually fit in there snug. Incoming air will then be filtered as it is drawn through that filter, into blower area.
As far as fan switch goes, "auto mode" will be used when furnace is on, and fan will come on & off as necessary to dissipate heat as required. "Ventilate", should be basically same as "On", where the fan comes on to circulate the air throughout the home, just for airflow, and you control it manually.
So, when using furnace, have fan in "auto Mode".

Where can I find a manual for my coleman cam II central air conditioner for a mobile home? I recently purchased the mobile home and would like to know what steps to ntake to make it work at its best. ...

Check the website for Coleman/Intertherm for a manual, you will need the model and serial numbers of the unit. The filters for these typically sit on top of the unit, some come with frames, some lay directly on the coil. If you can't find a manual on the website or by contacting the company, check the yellow pages some towns have a mobile home supply house that would be able to help.

Where are the filters located on the Intertherm heating and cooling unit that comes in mobile homes ?

There are a couple of places to start looking.......the first place is in the return grille. If it is not in the return grille, then the filter should be in the Intertherm unit itself.......look for an access panel marked "filter".

Problem running heater

Its not good that you dont know where the air filter is. Odds are there may not even be one in place. In Most mobile homes they dont pay much mind to proper filtration. The heat strips are covered with dust. If the heat Strips are that bad then usually the whole unit is clogged. Is there a unit inside the mobile home?? Or is the unit outside quite large and have ducts running to it??
