I have a model KU 34313 Kul dehumidifier and i cannot get it to stay running , I plug it in and it runs for 2 minutes and then shuts off? cannot find manual

Turn the knob to a lower setting so that the unit cycles on & off. This will give it time to warm back up and melt the ice in between dehumidifying runs.

From my understanding you are having a challenging time with your Frigidaire dehumidifier shutting too quickly. It sounds like a possible problem with your sensor or control panel. Are you currently under warranty? I would contact your manufacturer for assistance to a proper resolution. -Matt

I have the exact same problem. It is not related to ambient temperature in my case. Would like to hear a solution also.

You probably have it set for too high (moist) a setting, so it doesn't need to run long.

Slowly reduce setting to Drier settings to get it to run longer.
