Sounds a bit bland but either the monitor has failed or the video card
Only test is to plug your monitor into another system and see if it comes to life
If it does then your video card has expired.
If it is part of the motherboard then the easiest option is to buy a replacement which plugs into the AGP slot
They are dirt cheap unless you are into gaming when the sky's the limit

if it says so....it indicates that the display card is gone bad. check with the display card...
or try inserting New Graphic card or PCI VGA card... works for sure....
