I recently bought an IBM Thinkpad T21 running linux, together with IBM's internal
Zip drive. I was assured by IBM that this would be fully compatible. However after 3
months of phone calls and emails I have just been told that IBM doesn't support Linux
so its my own problem and they don't care. HELP!
Does any have any idea how I can access the zip drive? The floppy and the CD work
fine and use a nice bit of software which seems to mount and unmount the drive as I
use it. I presume I need to alter some of the configuration files - but I don't really
have a clue!
(My machine is a Thinkpad T21 (TT1L7UK), with a 250MB zip drive (00N8253) )
Cheers
Matt
