I am trying to find the drum, I have a line on my copies and would like to get rid of it.

The line is only in your copies?????
If so you problably have the mirror scanner durty.
Make a print and see if the line are stil there. If so, open the front door and next to the toner unit you will see the fotoconductor unit. inside you have the drum. I advise you to change not only the drum but also the blade.
Just make sure the line apaned also copy and print. If so you are right, the drum is faulty.
Good luke

I am not sure what kind of printer this is, but see if there is a reset menu for the drum. also the manufacturer website might have some info on how to reset the drum counter.

Brother MCF-7340 first time toner replacement

If this model comes with the drum separately of the cartridge, only replace the cartridge. There's no need to change it every time. until prints start to get lines or dots. Don't expose the drum to light too much.

Need to change cleaner blade on drum

Remove drum unit, remove Drum, remove blade (2 screws)
** coat the new blade with some toner, or it will flip, when the drum start to turn, due to the friction. And always manually rotate it yourself prior to re-installation to make sure it is ok

Drum life low replace soon Error Message

I already answered this at some other place here - but just to make sure the word gets out there:

There is a little special (white) gear on the outer left side of the drumkit - a little bit below where the toner sits. That gear joins with toner assembly - and you can rotate it counterclockwise all the way back. This should reset the drum counter - worked for me!

I hope it also does the trick for you ;-)

Imagerunner 1310 drum change

To change the drum you have to slide the plattened cover to the left, like you do when removing a paper jam, open the top cover, you will see a handle that you pull to remove the defeloping and drum unit, remove the drum and def unit.
The drum is attached by two clips on top of def unit, unlock the drum from the def by releasing that clips, slide te drum protecktion plate to the rear and remove the drum.insert the new drum by reversing this steps.
If your image of your copies is not bad you can remove the waste toner in the drum unit before replacing it.On top of the drum there are two plugs open them and remove the waste toner, make sure you remove all of the waste toner. Then that message will go away.

Rear Brake drums?

Start loosening the adjusters, blow out the dust with compressed air, do not breathe the dust as it is toxic. If it does not come out you will need to hammer carefully around the rim. If it still does not come out use a ball ping hammer, and hit the center of the drum being extremely careful not to hit the studs or you will damage it.
An alternative way to do this is hitting the drum in the center avoiding the studs and making sure you are hitting the drum and not the axle. Usually you hit it a couple of times with a hammer and the drum comes off. If you do not do it the right way you may damage brakes, studs and axle.
