Hi. First of all did you have a code to tell you to replace the unit? I would like you to put the old unit back in and see if it lets you restart your printer. If it comes back up you have a problem with the new fuser you received. Take a few seconds to compare the unit and make sure all looks the same. If it's a remanufactured some times little things like tabs and the such get bent or broken. It should reset the counter when you set the new one was replaced. Hope this helped. I do get a little wordy at times
replacement of parts of copier is done by a technician, well if you could follow this you can replace the thermistor. open the right side and the front cove, the fuser is located on top of the OPC carriage unit, push the blue level going to the right side while pulling the fuser unit. after removing the fuser unit remove its the top and bottom cover. the two thermistors is located on top near the fixing separation claw beside the two thermal fuses. Good luck!
This error requires service support from your local authorized dealer or original point of purchase. You say that you've verified the functionality of your fuser unit; then a authorized Savin printer technician will probably just have to reset the error code of your copier.
Hope you find this info helpful in solving the problem and thanks for using the FixYa service Kind regards
