Re: no power

I had to replace the internal fuse after my light bulb burst. You can remove the case by removing the screws on the sides and the carefully slide it off. The fuse is under a plastic cover by the power plug location. I'm not sure if this will fix your problem totally though. I just installed my replacement bulb and I get the solid orange light for 30 seconds and it goes into standby mode again.

If the lamp light is orange then the lamp ballast circuit or power to it is no good.

I presume the lamp is not on at all, and it's not the hide function that is stopping the light coming out.

I have an optima EP 739 projector and I just replaced a bulb in it but it does not come on just green light whats up Any input would be appreciated

if the fans come on and the lamp doesn't, it's the ballast or the colorwheel. if no fans either, it's the power supply. also, did you reset the lamp timer?

Panasonic pt-l780u projector lamp warning light comes on and lamp goes out. smell somthing burning. this is with three lamps. i am sure it's not the lamp.

the burning could be the dust on the inside burning off. blow the dust out with canned air. then check to see if the fans are spinning. after that, it's the ballast/power supply.

OK, found the solution on the net, you have to use the buttons on the projector instead of the remote to access the menu item.

The only thing I can think would be that the projector is heating up because the air filters are clogged.
