Question about Intermec EasyCoder 4420 Thermal Label Printer
Tried the roll of carbon on both sides and the yellow light is still on. ink wont stick on the sticker of a intermec 4420
how do i clean the printer head
Make sure the "carbon" is down so that it gets transfer to the top of the label. I can check this by just scratching it with your fingernail and it should rub off. If you are sure you have the media loaded correctly and the ribbon and label are a compatible match then you might just need to increase the heat or darkness setting on the printer. Some ribbons require a higher heat setting to transfer the carbon.
