The pump keeps tripping the GFI. We have cleaned

How long have you had this pump? Have you had it long enough for the bushings and bearings to go bad. Have you added anything else to that line that feeds the breaker. that feeds this pump If you tell me thies things i can give you a much better awnser

My under counter Uline refrigerator/ice maker suddenly trips GFI

I here this alot. If you have a compressor on a gfi the compressor after awhile would trip it. The compressor start amps is usually higher than the gfi is rated. So you have 2 choices. Replace the GFI and try to find one with higher amp ratings. Or install a normal outlet for your unit. Your code will usually call for a gfi, If it does then replace with a new gfi.
To explain the start amps on a compressor depending on your model could be 10 amps. This is for a split second. However the gfi can become week after time. You can also try to plug the unit into a normal outlet to make sure everything is good on the unit. I believe it is the gfi

Pump trips breaker

If the seals are damaged, water will leak into motor section and cause GFI to trip and yet the pump will seem that it is running fine if plugged into a non-GFI receptacle

GFI on cord trips out.

Probable cause is a single pole gfi opposed to a double pole gfi.
* Do not use a single pole GFCI ON A MULTI WIRE CIRCUIT, IT WILL NUISANCE TRIP IMMEDIATELY
Use a two pole GFCI circuit breaker on such circuits.

You're not alone.  Same problem here.  Breakaway power cord on my Waring deep frier burnt to a crisp.  Don't known about you, but I'll never buy Waring products again.
