Prepare a Bootable XP Disc installer. At first go to BIOS Setup to Boot First Priority the CD/DVD Rom Drive. After that disabled SATA or RAID Configuration. The Bootable XP Disc Installer could not go on when you don't disable the SATA or RAID Connection. Don't worry that you are thinking it would not detected the SATA HDD by Bootable Disc but it is. Then follow the instruction. Good luck!
I am not very sure, why you are assuming to install windows 2003 because windows 2003 is server and i really dont recomment to install it in Laptop.
and you have not mentioned what driver you want to install on it. usually, sound driver does not come along with this OS becasue it's for server purpose not for clint so.
and if you any want to install this driver you can download from your manufacturer website.
and if you have recovery disk you can install from there manually too.
