Question about Motorola Mobility Moto Q
I have a Moto Q9 with AT&T as my provider. For the last day, the phone has been incredibly laggy [especially with text messages, but with everything really] for hours at a time, but then it reverts back to it's normal speed. This morning when I tried to turn it on, it turned on, but could not get past the Windows Mobile screen. Is there something I can do to reset it? The center select button does not work for my model, or because of the problem my phone currently has. Any help would be appreciated!
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WANT SAVED TO YOUR STORAGE CARD.
mine has done this many times and i had to master reset it.
turn the phone off. turn the phone on. hold down the center button when the M shows up. then hit yes when it asks for master reset
