BEKO DWD4310W Will not empty

I have established that the drain motor is ok by pushing up the flood micro switch and emptied the machine but need to find out if it is now the control panel at fault?
there is power to both sides of the flood micro switch put no power to drain motor even though the light is flashing on the front panel to say its working.

Many thanks for your speedy reply

I have had the PCB out and can see no visible problem is there a way that I can establish for certain that it is the pcb is at fault by checking it with my meter.

I have a beko 4311w dish washer that wont empty. i emptyed the water manually and have checked all filters and hoses and all seemed to be clean.then switched back on and machine completed one complete...

The motor runs in one direction to wash and the opposite direction to pump out the water. Look at the motor direction controls to see what is starting to fail.

Washer will not spin, it makes noise as if bearings have gone, empties ok and washes ok

Hi if your beko washing machine is causing a problem and wont drain or has a spin problem then you have to check the carbon brushes first.

Also check all waste pipes are clear and inspect the pump I have included this video below.

At our website I am doing self diagnostic videos on these beko's as we speak so all tutorials will be in this link below
How to replace Beko Washing Machine Motor Carbon Brushes
you might find this test video helpful but only do it if you have checked the motor

DWD4310w will not empty!

Remove the bottom strainers plates and make sure that the outlet pipe is not kinked, that there is nothing obstructing the pipe or the pump or selector valve. If possible back flush through the outlet pipe and try draining the machine again before using it again.

Turned machine on. After few seconds it switched to the end of cycle. I believe it is something to do with the drain. I emptied the filter ... now getting a noise showing E30 when put it on again.

Usually indicates pressure switch problem. If the machine overfills then it goes into a drain cycle to prevent flooding. If you remove the lid you will see a small round part about 3 inches in diameter with a thin pipe pushed onto it and a wiring plug onto it. remove the pipe and blow though it and if the pipe is clear then you may have to replace the switch

MY BEKO MACHINE IS CONSTANTLY FILLING UP WITH WATER AND WHEN THE WASH FINISHES IS STILL FULL OF WATER.iT IS 15MTHS OLD

Probably something blocking the drain, likely to be something left in a pocket like a coin or sweet wrapper (if you have kids). Don't know the ins and outs of this model but should be simple to trace the drain pipe. Some washing machines have an easy access filter point where anything that shouldn't be in the drain get caught. Warning though, you will need to empty the washing machine of water first or you'll flood the floor!

GET 0E CODE SHOWING ON MY LG DISHWASHER

The most common cause of an OE error code on a modern LG dishwasher is:
1. Blocked drain hose
2. Obstruction in the sump area (beneath the filter, which needs to be removed to check for onstruction)
3. Failing drain motor.
else you need to REPLACE THE PCB POWER CONTROL BOARD

if that doesnt help you.....

the problem IS NOT necessarily a blocked drain hose or the drain pump it could be the thermostat micro switch!!! the thermostat is located at the rear of the right bottom side of the dishwasher(held by oval nylon plastic housing). Turn the machine off. remove the right side panel.(remove top {2screws in lid at back}, remove right panel screws {2 behind door, 3 bottom back panel, 2 behind panel below door {pull panel out from top [no screws pushes in & out of place]}. Locate oval nylon/plastic shape located as above - micro-switch is in the middle (3 wire connectors in 1 block) thermostat is 2 connectors ( 1 each side of micro-switch). use screwdriver to push thermostat back into the nylon housing on both sides (it has worked its way out a bit over time and stops the micro-switch working). Reassemble and dishwasher starts to work again!!!!

I have a Beko DE 2541F Slimline Dishwasher and it fills and empties the water but the cycle does not start. The water does not get to the spray arms. I have tried on pre wash cycle as well so I do not...

If there are no problems of drain valve stuck, then the problem with the micro controller board.

When the water is full in the tank, the wash cycle will start with the spray arm in action. Lastly block the drain hose and see. Here water full will be detected & the machine will start if the level sensor is OK .

If m/c works here, you have to check the Solinoid valve of the drain.

Otherwise the micro controller.

For this pl take the help of the service provider as lot of programming versions are there. Some may suit or may not. If we try the will not accept after selling the board to u.

Need to clean pump of bosche logix 1600 express. How? Need manual too. It keeps beeping at me ''Pump blocked?'' and I have to drain it into a bucket.

Do the following.

  1. Switch off the machine, unplug or disconnect the mains power to the machine and turn off the water supply to the machine.
  2. Remove the access panel on the lower right front of the machine.
3. Remove the filter and make sure that the filter is not blocked and is clean and clear of all debris. Clean as required. Note that depending on the machine type you may get a lot of water coming out of the filter when you remove it if the machine has not drained successfully. Note that if the machine has stopped and not fully drained then you may be able to drain out the excess water by removing or disconnecting the waste hose and laying it on the ground in a tray. It may take a few minutes to empty but it will save a small flood.
4. Proceed by checking the drain hose for proper connection and kinks and make sure that it is not blocked.
5. Also check that the main waste drain pipe, if you use one, is not blocked and clean if required.
6. Reconnect the power and switch the machine on.
If the problem persists then do the following.
7. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
8. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure it is operational.
9. Remove the connecting hoses, and expect water to drain out and make sure the pipes are not blocked with debris or any object blockage.
10. Makes sure the pump appears clear and that the impeller looks in good condition.
11. Reconnect the hoses and then reconnect power and switch the machine on.
12. If problem has not been corrected, then remove the pump and check that the drive coupling to the motor is OK and that the motor turns OK. If all is well then replace the pump.

Pump is item #23 and filter is #24. The main pump is accessible from the rear or under the machine.
