Please see section 9-4, remove the toner cartridge, vacuum around carefully and refit it. It could be some debris causing the problem

Hi - What have you tried?
Process to check - simple but worth going back to basics
1 - Remove toner and reseat
2 - check you have removed all transport tags stickers etc
3 - Chck all arrears where a sensor could be blocked
4 - try a 2nd new toner (1st may be faulty)
4 - if there is a waste bottle or OPC drum attached to the toner itself ensure it is seated properly and fully locked into place
if none of the ablve work consult a printer repair or IT company
Set toner container. The toner container is not set properly. Set the toner container properly. See page 5-5 of the operation guide.
Replace Waste Toner Box The waste toner box is full. Replace the waste toner box with a new one. See page 5-5 of the operation guide.
