RCA P52151WK- No power

According to Sears the reflection board has shorted out due to a voltage leak in one of the tubes. It would cost about $450 to replace the reflection board and the problem was almost guaranteed to happen again in 3 months if the tube wasn't replaced as well. Since the TV is so old the tubes are hard to come by and too expensive to fix compared to the cost of todays LCD and Plasma flat screens.
