Question about Bissell 9500 ProHeat 2X CleanShot Upright Deep Cleaner, Red Berends Vacuum
When I start shampooing the carpet and discharging the shampoo, the shampooer will not vacum up the liquid out of the carpet. I just repaced the tank lid and it is turned to "floors"
It sounds like a suction problem. Try checking the lint filter. It is located in the top clear plastic section (the one with the dial to switch from floor to tool use). It is a small red filter, about 1 inch square, with a little door on it. Flip open the door and you will probably find it is clogged with hair, carpet fibre, etc.. Clean it out and your suction problem will hopefully be solved.
