I did the sweep on my computer, and it quarantained
like 26 files. After that I could not get online. I went in and un-quarantined the files and the internet came back on. I used it last night and this morning it would not work again.

Sounds link your Browser may be infected. Quaranteened files are usually moved into a specific folder depending on your virus utility. There should also be an option for you to view the list of quaranteened files. Look through the list and see if any of those files belong to your browswer software. If so, dissinfect those files soon. Or leave them in quaranteen and re-install the browser with the clean files.
